Assisting with Low and High Intensity Daily Personal Activities
Our team of professional support workers and registered nurses provide assistance with low and high intensity daily personal activities. This includes all forms of personal care such as bathing, showering, toileting, feeding and dressings.
Community Nursing Care
We have a team of registered nurses that are able to provide care at the comfort of the participants home. Our team of nurses are qualified and trained to provide medication management, wound management, assistance when dealing with an injury and more!
Innovative Community Participation
Need a day away from home?
Our support workers are here to get participants more involved in the community and allow the
to explore their interests whether it be arts/crafts
music, movies, sports, gardening, road trips and
other activities of choice. Care & Blossom has all the participants community, social and civic activity needs covered.
Early Intervention Support for Early Childhood
Support tailored specifically to young children aged 0-6. The service provided here is
designed to support the child's development
and promote a space of encouragement to
improve their wellbeing.
All Round Domestic Assistance
We understand the importance of keeping a household clean and organised for the participants own comfort and safety. This is why we provide all round domestic assistance including kitchen and laundry duties, tidying
bedroom/bathroom/closets/
furniture, dusting, vacuuming, mopping and backyard maintenance.
Assistance with Travel/Transport Arrangement
Whether it is to going to a local grocery store, a doctors appointment or a day out visiting
places on your bucket list, our team provides
participants with daily safe travel assistance
that is suited to their schedule and well catered
to their needs.
Supported Independent Living
Care & Blossom supports and encourages independent living for participants in the comfort of their home. If the participant has a certain goal they want to accomplish or a skill they want to attain we are here to guide them and make it as easy as possible. this can be related to the community, household duties, education, learning more about a hobby or interest.
Care & Blossom is always here to help and willing to teach or provide advice for participants when needed.
